By creating an account or using SPORT-TOGETHER (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SPORT-TOGETHER connects players for casual and competitive sports matches. Users can create games, join existing games, communicate with other players, and build their sports community.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information
• Treat other players with respect and sportsmanship
• Honor your commitments to games you join
• Not use the Platform for harassment, spam, or illegal activities
• Comply with venue rules when attending games

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: abusive behavior, no-show patterns, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

SPORT-TOGETHER is a platform connecting players. We are not responsible for conduct of players, injuries sustained during games, or disputes between users. Participation in sports activities is at your own risk.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in Amsterdam courts.
